The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases, severe or acute diseases, chronic diseases remain high all over the world, which increases the economic burden of families and excessively consumes public medical resources. Therefore, it is important for us to find a solution to copy with this situation. The purpose of this project is to seek out the mechanism, clinical features, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, severe or acute diseases, chronic diseases and the related risk factors from the large sample dataset. The study will involve about 500000 subjects, which is intended to analyze the datasets based on UK Biobank. We hope to provide more convincing evidence for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the diseases. Many patients are suffering from cardiovascular diseases, severe or acute diseases and chronic diseases. Investigating the underlying mechanism as well as finding the better strategy beneficial to clinical diagnosis, prevention and treatment is of great significance. The project is expected to be useful to public health interests and medical cost savings. The project duration is 3 years. The project is helpful to the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, severe or acute diseases, chronic diseases, which will exert beneficial effect on public health care.
