UK Biobank would like to thank everyone who has taken part in this exciting health project. More than 500,000 people went out of their way to join UK Biobank at 22 assessment centres in Scotland, Wales and England. UK Biobank is also grateful to the staff at these assessment centres, and many scientists from across the country who have given their time and continue to support UK Biobank to make this project a success.
