This project aims to improve the precision of diagnosis and treatment for cardiovascular diseases by integrating genetic and magnetic resonance imaging data. To our best knowledge, most current studies leverage single modality data for the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. This limitation has motivated us to develop multimodal fusion methods and integrate genetic and imaging data to improve the diagnosis precision of cardiovascular diseases. This project is expected to last five years, and we anticipate that it will be useful for exploring potential functions and regulatory mechanisms in cardiovascular diseases.
