This study aims to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying diabetes and its complications, including diabetic nephropathy, using clinical, genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic data from the UK Biobank. We will explore how genetic variations, protein expression, and metabolic profiles correlate with the development and progression of these conditions. By integrating multi-omic data, we hope to identify key biomarkers and therapeutic targets that could improve early diagnosis, prognosis, and personalized treatment strategies for diabetes and its complications.
