The aim of this project is to comprehensively explore the association between lifestyle factors, sleep, psychological factors (such as anxiety, depression, fear), and genetic risk factors with the occurrence, development, and prognosis of tumors.Specific goals include:1. Use various blood test related data (such as serum immune cells, proteomics, cortisol, etc.) and urine test related data as intermediaries to further elucidate the complex relationship between lifestyle, sleep related factors, social and psychological conditions (such as anxiety, depression, fear) and the occurrence, development, and prognosis of various tumors.2. By combining genetics, blood proteomics, clinical and demographic baseline characteristics, and other blood indicators, explore potential biomarkers and construct corresponding clinical prediction or prognosis models.3. Explore the related effects of various lifestyles, psychological conditions (such as anxiety, depression, fear), and sleep related factors on tumor immunotherapy.4. Develop a scoring system for tumor occurrence, development, and prognosis by combining sleep related factors, psychological conditions (such as anxiety, depression, fear), and lifestyle related factors.
The mechanisms by which these factors affect tumor occurrence, development, and prognosis may involve the following aspects: 1. Immune function (research focus).2. Hormone levels (research focus).3. Metabolic disorders.4. Inflammatory response.
A brief description of data analysis! We will first conduct a comprehensive descriptive analysis, use advanced and scientific statistical methods to obtain research conclusions, introduce machine learning algorithms to build clinical prediction models, and use mediating effects to study the molecular mechanism of tumor prognosis, We also apply advanced data analysis methods. Finally, we first improve the quality of the articles, and then contribute to influential journals in the form of papers to publicize the findings.
