The project delves into using the expansive dataset of protein information within the UK Biobank to unravel crucial insights into Parkinson’s disease. It aims to employ advanced computational analyses and statistical methods to understand how various proteins behave in individuals affected by Parkinson’s compared to healthy individuals. Through analysis of this vast protein data, we aim to pinpoint specific protein changes or signatures that might act as indicators of Parkinson’s disease. Ultimately, the mission is to identify these protein signatures may revolutionize how we diagnose Parkinson’s early on and accelerate the path to life-changing therapeutics.
