Provisional timeline for future data releases
The tables below gives details of upcoming data releases and estimated dates for when each release will take place.
Please be aware that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic UK Biobank's priorities for future data availability are under constant review and timelines are subject to change.

WGS 200k Joint Variant Call (JVC) |
An additional joint variant call will be made available, to encompass the existing released 150,000 participants from the main whole genome sequencing project and the 50,000 participants sequenced in the Vanguard phase. This will assist researchers who wish to perform analyses using all currently release whole genome data from UK Biobank. |
