Cerebral small vessel disease is catastrophic damage involving small blood vessels throughout the brain, but its pathogenesis is unknown. Age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, etc. are the main risk factors. We hope to find the commonality between the multi-omics data in the state of different risk factors and the multi-omics data in the state of cerebral small vessel disease, so as to infer the specific mechanism of risk factors. Through the analysis of the pathogenic mechanism, it is possible to develop potential drugs for alleviating or treating different risk factors causing or aggravating CSVD. This will provide new interventions for the treatment and mitigation of patients who have or are at risk of developing CSVD.
