Mental well-being questionnaire – sources of support

Thank you very much for taking the time to complete our mental well-being questionnaire, and for your continued support of UK Biobank.

If you feel you need any further help with any of the issues covered in the questionnaire, we recommend talking it through with someone you trust, including your GP.

If you are very upset or do not feel safe, please contact someone as soon as possible.

The Samaritans can be contacted on Freephone 116 123, or email jo@samaritans.org. Alternatively, please visit www.samaritans.org/
