Hypertensive nephropathy is a severe renal disease characterized by a complex pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms. In recent years, the application of integrated multi-omics analysis has allowed researchers to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the biological features of diseases .This research aims to explore novel drug targets and biomarkers in hypertensive nephropathy through integrated multi-omics analysis. Our primary research question focuses on whether we can identify new drug targets associated with hypertensive nephropathy by integrating genomics (with eQTL), transcriptomics and proteomics (validated by our own cohort) data. Additionally, we seek to reveal potential biomarkers using metabolomics data, hoping to facilitate the prognostic strategies for hypertensive nephropathy.
