Our research focuses on exploring the connections between sleep disorders and age-related diseases. We aim to investigate how various associated factors, including biological behavior, lifestyle habits, environmental influences, and genetic predispositions, affect the onset and progression of sleep disorders in older adults. Additionally, we seek to understand how these sleep disturbances relate to common age-related conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, cognitive decline, and other chronic health issues, along with the adverse outcomes that may arise from these interactions.
