Our project seeks to dissect the multifaceted causes of cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure or heart attacks by leveraging the UK Biobank’s data. This endeavor is crucial, given the global burden of CVDs. By analyzing genetic, environmental, clinical, and imaging data, we aim to construct a comprehensive picture of CVD risk factors. This project, expected to span 5 years, has the potential to improve our understanding of diagnosing, preventing, and treating cardiovascular diseases.
