This project aims to develop novel analyzing methods and utilize them to study issues in biology and health that are of public interest. The objectives include: 1) developing innovative methods in artificial intelligence, 2) uncovering new genetic factors related to complex human traits, 3) identifying non-genetic factors that causally influence human traits, 4) understanding the interaction between genetic and environmental factors in determining human traits, and 5) predicting disease risk and other traits of human using genetic and non-genetic data. According to our expectations, the project is anticipated to span 36 months. The discoveries are expected to contribute to enhancing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of human diseases, as well as advancing the field of precision medicine.
