Tumors and chronic diseases represent persistent and significant challenges to global health. Tumors constitute a major health threat affecting populations worldwide and continue to rank among the leading causes of mortality globally. Chronic diseases, such as neurological disorders (stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, sleep disorders, etc.), psychiatric and psychological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, immune system diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, chronic eye diseases, chronic kidney disease, liver diseases, digestive diseases, gynecological diseases, metabolic diseases, and chronic infectious diseases, are long-lasting conditions that are generally defined as conditions that persist for months to years or even a lifetime, progress slowly over time, and require continuous medical care and management.
Our key research questions are:
1) What are the key influencing factors associated with the development of various types of tumors?
2) What are the key influencing factors for chronic diseases?
3) What is the prognosis and progression of tumors and chronic diseases?
Our primary objectives are:
1) To identify key influencing factors associated with tumor development.
2) To investigate key influencing factors for chronic diseases.
3) To analyze the prognosis and progression of tumors and chronic diseases.
Scientific rationale:
Tumors and chronic diseases pose a significant global health challenge, increasing the burden on healthcare systems and affecting patients’ quality of life. Understanding the key influencing factors and risk patterns is crucial for improving disease prediction and prognosis, necessitating comprehensive identification of risk factors and disease mechanisms.
