aims:We hope to observe the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease by taking different nutrients (including amino acids, diet structure, fatty acid/sugar ratio, etc.) in healthy people (without diagnosis of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease) and people suffering from cardiovascular disease.
Scientific rational: It has been proved that diet structure is related to the incidence rate and prevalence of cardiovascular diseases. Further research has found that due to differences in the content of sugars, lipids, amino acids, and other nutrients in their dietary structure, their impact on cardiovascular health also varies. For example, a high-fat diet can easily lead to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and also increase the risk of coronary heart disease in healthy individuals. Therefore, analyzing the elements contained in different foods can provide a more systematic and comprehensive analysis of the prevention and development of cardiovascular diseases.
project duration: 3 years
health impact!Health impact: Through this study, some beneficial metabolites for the prevention of cardiovascular disease can be discovered, thus providing primary prevention of cardiovascular disease at the dietary level. In addition, it can also be discovered which dietary structures can provide secondary prevention at the dietary level for patients who have already developed CVD.
