The aim of this project is to develop and validate predictive models for ocular and systemic diseases using multimodal ophthalmic imaging data and other data (including neuroimaging data, multi-omics data, clinical information, etc.) from the UK Biobank. By comprehensively analyzing the above data, we aim to identify the associations between ocular health and systemic diseases and investigate into their abnormal alterations, thereby enhancing early disease detection and prevention capabilities. The findings of this study will provide new tools for clinical practice, aiding in personalized health management and intervention, ultimately improving public health outcomes.
