Speaker
Sir Rory Collins is Professor of Medicine and Epidemiology at the University of Oxford and has led UK Biobank since its inception in 2005. He is known for pioneering large-scale epidemiological studies and clinical trials that have transformed cardiovascular disease prevention. He was knighted in 2011 for services to science.
