How MILTON can help you

The scale of UK Biobank sequencing and phenotype data means that identifying promising gene–disease relationships can be challenging. 

MILTON provides a way to rapidly explore large-scale association results and prioritise hypotheses for deeper investigation. 

By combining machine learning with genetic association analysis, the framework can:
